Use Coloured Labels to Organise Your Office

Similarly, you can create colour coded and printed self adhesive labels for the files for your employees also. Differentiate each file by sticking coloured labels printed with their names on them, colour coded by

departments and functions. This way, whenever you are running late for a meeting, time will not be wasted looking for files and papers and there will be less clutter on your desk. You can just reach, say, for the

orange-labelled human resources file belonging to your colleague, and the meeting can continue without further delay.
